Confidentiality
Security and emergency preparedness information is absolutely critical to each business. At Tutamentum PC, we understand that any information leak may create significant risks for your business. Our promise to customers is that all information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with our partners or other clients unless explicitly authorized by you in writing. At the start of each project, we will sign non-disclosure agreements and declare any conflicts of interest (if present).
Any information sharing will be arranged securely—either in-person or via encrypted digital solutions. We will not use any Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for information collection or processing during meetings, assessments, or report preparation, unless specifically instructed by the customer (e.g., when working with non-sensitive information, on AI development tools, or when the customer is already utilizing AI tools within their business).

Tutamentum PC consultants are detail-oriented and base their outcomes on data and information that is thoroughly processed. Reports provide deep dives into data and best practices, and solutions come with clear, measurable targets.

All our supplier partnerships are clearly disclosed to customers, and customers are never obligated to do business with our partners.
